R-C Snubber Inductive Load Suppressor

Red Lion R-C Snubber Inductive Load Suppressor provides suppression of the inductive kick from motors, solenoids, or relay coils. This suppressor reduces high-energy noise spikes generated whenever current is interrupted through an inductive load. These noise spikes may interfere with associated equipment, causing erratic operation and may also accelerate relay contact wear. The R-C Snubber inductive load suppressor, applied across an inductive load, suppresses noise spikes and extends contact life. This suppressor operates at frequencies from DC to 62Hz and offers IP54 protection. Typical applications include factory automation, alternative energy, oil and gas, power and utilities, transportation, water, and wastewater.
