EVAL01-HMC7229LS6 Evaluation Board

Analog Devices Inc. EVAL01-HMC7229LS6 Evaluation Board helps designers become familiar with the features of the HMC7229LS6 1W Power Amplifiers. The HMC7229LS6 1W Power Amplifiers are 4-stage GaAs pHEMT MMIC amplifiers with integrated on-chip detector operating from 37-40GHz. The amplifiers offer a 24dB gain and +32dBm saturated output power at 18% PAE using a 6V supply. Offering an excellent IP3 of +40dBm, the HMC7229LS6 Amplifiers are well-suited for linear applications. The Analog Devices Inc. HMC7229LS6 Power Amplifier is included on the evaluation board.
