EVAL-HMC547A Eval for HMC547A GaAs MMIC Switch

Analog Devices Inc. EVAL-HMC547A Evaluation Boards demonstrate the features of HMC547A GaAs MMIC SPDT Non-Reflective Switches. The board uses RF circuit design techniques. The signal lines of the EVAL-HMC547A board operate at 50Ω impedance when package ground leads and exposed pad are connected directly to the ground plane. A sufficient number of holes are provided to connect the top and bottom ground planes. The EVAL-HMC547A Evaluation Board from Analog Devices Inc. includes the HMC547A SPDT Switch, PCB mount SRI SMA connectors, DC pins, and 100Ω resistors.
