TLF4Dx OPTIREG™ PMICs

Infineon Technologies TLF4Dx OPTIREG™ PMICs are high-efficiency, multi-rail functional ICs for systems up to ASIL D. These ICs operate over a wide input voltage range of 3.8V to 60V and a temperature range of -40°C to +175°C. The TLF4Dx features a 7A multiphase synchronous buck converter for microcontroller supply, configurable from 0.7V to 1.1V in 12.5mV steps. The TLF4Dx PMICs are AEC-Q100 Grade 0 for high-temperature mission profiles. These PMICs are ideal for car powertrain and transmission, inverters, engine management, truck and CAV requirements, sensor fusion, domain controllers, zone controllers, and connected gateways.
