EVAL-HMC994APM5 Evaluation Board

Analog Devices EVAL-HMC994APM5 Evaluation Board features a 2-layer printed circuit board (PCB) fabricated from 10 mil-thick Rogers 4350B copper-clad, mounted to an aluminum heat spreader. The heat spreader provides thermal relief for the device and mechanical support for the PCB. Mounting holes on the heat spreader allow it to be attached to a heat sink for improved thermal management. The RF_IN and RF_OUT ports of the ADI EVAL-HMC994APM5 Evaluation Board are populated with 2.9mm female coaxial connectors, and the corresponding RF traces have a 50Ω characteristic impedance.
