Halo Microelectronics HL7501 6A Dynamic Voltage Scaling (DVS) Buck Converters offer a 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage range and 6A continuous output current rating in a WLCSP package. The HL7501 converters feature an I2C interface up to 3.4MHz, excellent load and line transient, and seamless switching for light-load efficiency. The comprehensive protections include input undervoltage lockout, input overvoltage, thermal shutdown, and overcurrent and short-circuit.
