GeneSiC Semiconductor 1700V SiC Schottky MPS™ Diode provides high-temperature operation with low power losses, 5A forward current, and 149W power dissipation. This diode features high system reliability and efficiency, making it easy to parallel without thermal runaway. GeneSiC 1700V SiC Schottky MPS Diode comes in a TO-263-7 package and is ideal for solar inverters, switched-mode power supplies, motor drives, and high-frequency rectifier applications.
