ZZZ-Finwave Semiconductor FW2002 GaN SPDT RF Switch

Finwave Semiconductor FW2002 GaN SPDT RF Switch offers a wide bandwidth and high power in a Single-Pole, Double-Throw (SPDT) configuration. This switch features a 30W pulsed or 15W CW power handling and 150ns switching time or 250ns settling time. The FW2002 RF switch supports extended low-frequency operation down to 9kHz and is capable of hot switching. This switch operates over a frequency range of 30MHz to 12GHz with direct control of +5V/-5V and an insertion loss of 1.1dB at 6GHz. The FW2002 RF switch is available in a 3mm x 3mm QFN package. Typical applications include test and measurement systems and L, S, C, and X-band radio and RADAR modules.
