MSPM0L2116/7 & MSPM0L1126/7 Mixed-Signal MCUs

Texas Instruments MSPM0L2116/7 and MSPM0L1126/7 Mixed-Signal Microcontrollers are highly integrated, ultra-low-power microcontrollers based on the Arm^® Cortex-M0+ 32-bit core platform. These microcontrollers operate over a 1.62V to 3.6V supply voltage range, up to 32MHz, and an extended -40°C to +125°C temperature range. The MSPM0L2116/7 and MSPM0L1126/7 MCUs provide up to 128KB embedded flash program memory with built-in Error Correction Code (ECC) and 12KB SRAM with ECC and parity protection. These MCUs feature a high-speed on-chip oscillator with an accuracy of -2.1% to +1.6%, eliminating the need for an external crystal. Typical applications include battery charging and management, power supplies, personal electronics, building security, fire safety, printers, grid infrastructure, smart metering, communication modules, medical, and healthcare applications.
