Diodes Incorporated AP64500SP/AP64501SP Evaluation Boards
Diodes Incorporated AP64500SP/AP64501SP Evaluation Boards evaluate the AP64500/AP64501 5A synchronous buck converters. These converters are fully integrated with a 45mΩ high-side power MOSFET and a 20mΩ low-side power MOSFET to provide high-efficiency step-down DC-DC conversion. The AP64500SP/AP64501SP boards operate at -40°C to 85°C temperature range and 3.8V to 40V supply voltage range. These evaluation boards offer 5A continuous output current. The AP64500SP/AP64501SP boards are ideal for use in LCD display, optical communication, networking systems, cigarette lighter adapters, chargers, and automotive systems.
