Diodes Incorporated AP22913 Single Slew Rate Controlled Load Switches
Diodes Incorporated AP22913 Single Slew Rate Controlled Load Switches are single P-channel MOSFET power switches designed for high-side load switching applications. The MOSFET allows increased load current handling capacity with a low forward voltage drop. These Diodes Incorporated load switches feature internally controlled turn-on slew rate, low on-resistance, Truly Reverse Current Block (TRCB), ultra-low quiescent current, and high DC current capability. The AP22913 load switches isolate the VIN and VOUT during OFF state with the TRCB feature. These load switches operate within the 1.4V to 5.5V input voltage range and are available in wafer-level chip-scale 4-pin, X1-WLB0909-4 0.5mm pitch, and standard SOT26 packages.
