Molex Mini-Fit Jr. connectors are made for power applications up to 9.0A per circuit. The connectors feature fully isolated terminals, positive housing locks, low-engagement forces, and polarized housings. They are UL recognized, CSA approved, and TUV licensed. All components are lead free and RoHS compliant. Molex Mini-Fit Jr. Connectors are available in a single row or dual row, 2 to 24 circuit options, and multiple plating and material selections.

Hand Crimp Tool for Mini-Fit Jr Terminals

Molex Hand Crimp Tool for Mini-Fit Jr Terminals is a full cycle ratcheting hand tool that ensures complete crimps. This crimp tool supports both right-handed and left-handed applications through ergonomic soft grip handles for comfortable crimping. The Dies and Locator assemblies of this crimp tool can be used with legacy Battery-powered Tool Order No. 63816-0200 (110V) or 63816-0250 (220V), and 63816-0800 crimp-head. The hand crimp tool is made of best quality materials and all vital components are long-life tested. This RoHS compliant crimp tool is also an IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 2 qualified.

The compact connectors feature a polarized housing that prevents connector mismating and silver-plated contacts. A dual-beam (female) terminal design provides four contact points to ensure superb contact reliability, and a Terminal Position Assurance (PTA) retainer prevents terminal back-out.
