LZ1-x0UB0R VIOLET LED Emitters

ams OSRAM LZ1-x0UB0R VIOLET LED Emitters are designed to provide superior radiometric power in the 385nm to 420nm wavelength range. These VIOLET LED emitters offer low thermal resistance while providing an electrically neutral thermal path. The LZ1-x0UB0R VIOLET LED emitters feature high radiant flux density and offer exceptional thermal and optical performances. These emitters are available in a small 4.4mm2 footprint with a surface-mount ceramic package and an integrated glass lens that provides excellent optical power density.

LED ENGIN LuxiGen® UVA Gen 5

ams OSRAM LED ENGIN LuxiGen® UVA Gen 5 are high-power UVA LEDs (365nm + Violet 385nm, 395nm, 410nm) designed for industrial UV curing. The devices optimize light extraction for higher efficiency, making them robust for industrial applications. The ams OSRAM UVA LEDs feature a very high optical output from small, compact packages, allowing a smaller heatsink and reducing the fixture form factor.

LZ1-10UBN0 LED ENGIN LuxiGen

ams OSRAM LZ1-10UBN0 LED ENGIN LuxiGen has a thermal resistance of 1.5K/W and an MCPCB diameter of 19.9mm. The ams OSRAM LED is housed in a ceramic package with an integrated glass lens. The device features UX:3 chip technology and has a typical radiation of 60° and up to a 2W of radiant flux output. These LEDs can be used in many applications, including electronic equipment, illumination, gaming, amusement, and horticulture lighting.

Mini TOPLED® LEDs

ams OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs have been tailored to the demands of public and private passenger transport for high brightness and high quality. These LEDs combine pleasant white light with a much longer lifetime of up to 50,000 hours. OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs are among the most economical on the market, consuming only 0.1W. From an operating current of 20mA, the Mini Topled achieves a typical luminous intensity of 1700mcd at a color temperature of 4000K, and 1900mcd at 6500K. Luminous intensity in candela corresponds to luminous flux in lumen emitted by a light source in a particular solid angle.
