SFH Ambient Light Sensors

ams OSRAM SFH Ambient Light Sensors feature spectral sensitivity adapted to human eye sensitivity. These light sensors offer a low-temperature coefficient of spectral sensitivity and high linearity. The SFH light sensors feature DIL and SMT packages with high packing density and are based on AEC-Q101-REV-C standards.
