NKK Switches SmartDisplays are the industry's smallest off-the-shelf programmable OLED and LCD devices. SmartDisplays are offered as full-color or monochrome pushbuttons, rockers, and standalone displays. The switches can toggle among functions with a fully-programmable viewing area. By consolidating multiple operations into a single unit, SmartDisplays are more time, cost, and space-efficient than traditional switches.

IS-ENG-KIT SmartDisplay Development Kits

NKK Switches IS-ENG-KIT SmartDisplay Development Kits are designed to accelerate the incorporation of SmartDisplay devices into real-world applications. These kits provide a development platform for experimentation and design viability testing. NKK Switches IS-ENG-KIT kits control up to two SmartDisplays or one OLED rocker. Each kit provides 1M or 16M onboard NOR flash memory for storing images, attributes, and other information. These kits also provide serial communication via USB and feature an auxiliary port with 7 I/O pins of a microcontroller to control/sense other applications.
