NXH600N10x 3-Level NPC Inverter Modules

onsemi NXH600N10x 3-Level Neutral Point Clamped (NPC) Inverter Modules are power modules in F5BP containing an I-type neutral point clamped three-level inverter. The NXH600N10x high-performance power modules are optimized for industrial and renewable energy applications. These modules integrate field stop trench Insulated-Gate Bipolar Transistors (IGBTs) and Fast Recovery Diodes (FRDs) to provide lower conduction and switching losses, enabling designers to achieve high efficiency, higher power, and superior reliability.
