These MCUs offer 20MHz speed, 32KB Flash, 2KB SRAM, and 256 bytes of EEPROM in a 24-pin package. Ideally, the EV50J96A Curiosity Nano evaluation kit from Microchip Technology uses a capacitive touch interface for sensor applications.
