EM064LX and EM128LX HR xSPI Persistent Memory

Everspin Technologies EM064LX and EM128LX HR Expanded Serial Peripheral Interface (xSPI) Persistent Memory are based on advanced Spin-Transfer Torque Magnetic RAM (STT-MRAM) technology designed for industrial applications. These devices offer high performance, multiple I/O, high speed, low-pin-count, and SPI-compatible bus interfaces. The EM064LX and EM128LX xSPI persistent memory support clock speeds up to 133MHz (STR) and 90MHz (DTR), enabling data throughput up to 133Mbps. These devices operate from 1.7V to 2V (1.8V nominal) with a Quad SPI interface supporting Single Transfer Rate (STR) and Double Transfer Rate (DTR) modes. The EM064LX and EM128LX xSPI persistent memory allow byte-level writes and reads with no erase cycles, ensuring unlimited endurance and 10-year data retention at 125°C.
