Renesas Electronics FEMTOCLOCK3 Clock Generators/Synthesizers are low-cost, high-quality, low-jitter clock signals with less than 0.5ps of RMS phase noise, up to 1.3GHz. These clock synthesizers are fully customizable, stand-alone solutions that generate reference frequencies to replace crystal and SAW oscillators in high-performance applications. The FEMTOCLOCK3 generators/synthesizers offer a wide range of device packages and capabilities, starting with small 8-pin TSSOP devices and 4mm x 4mm QFNs which provide 4 outputs.
