Skyworks SKY67103-396LF 0.5-4GHz Low-Noise Amplifier (LNA) features an internal active bias circuitry. The active bias circuitry offers excellent return loss, low noise, high linearity performance, and provides stable performance over temperature variants. The SKY67013-396LF LNA features an ability to externally adjust supply current and gain. Typical applications include LTE, GSM, WCDMA and HSDPA macro base stations, small cells, and high-temperature receiver. SKY67103-396LF is available in an 8-pin 2mm x 2mm DFN package.
