EVAL_12W_3PH_SM_P7 Evaluation Board

Infineon Technologies EVAL_12W_3PH_SM_P7 Evaluation Board features the 950V CoolMOS™ P7 Superjunction MOSFET. This 12W AC/DC power supply is designed specifically to power a 3-phase smart electricity meter. This Infineon eval board is also equipped with other Infineon components like a QR PWM controller and NPN silicon AF transistor. The board provides smart electricity meter designers with an idea of how to power up a smart meter using the latest state-of-the-art SJ technology. This 12W 3-phase smart meter SMPS board satisfies all the necessary technical requirements. It also provides a wide AC input range from 185VAC to 460VAC.
