AMIS-49250 Fieldbus MAU

The ON Semiconductor AMIS-49250 Fieldbus MAU is a transceiver chip for low speed FOUNDATION Fieldbus® and Profibus® PA devices. The AMIS-49250 is a small, micro-lead frame version of the AMIS-49200 in a 7.0 x 7.0 mm NQFP-44 package. This ON Semiconductor device features typical current consumption of 500 µA, VCC voltage of 6.2V to 4.75V, and VDD voltage of 5.5V to 2.7V. This device is ideal for process automation and pressure and temperature monitoring applications.
