MB95710M/770M Series Microcontrollers

Cypress MB95710M/770M Series is a series of general-purpose single-chip MCUs. These MCUs contains F²MC-8FX CPU core, a variety of peripheral resources, and compact instruction set. MB95710M/770M MCUs have three channel UART/SIO, eight channel external interrupt, and single channel I²C bus interface. Other features include low-power consumption modes, dual operation flash memory, clock, timer, LCD controller, A/D converter, and I/O port.
