600V/650V E Series PowerPAK SO-8L MOSFETs

Vishay / Siliconix 600V/650V E Series PowerPAK® SO-8L MOSFETs deliver increased reliability in a compact, surface-mount PowerPAK SO-8L package. These N-Channel MOSFETs are built on Vishay's Superjunction technology and feature low maximum ON-resistance down to 0.52Ω at 10V, ultra-low gate charge down to 17nC, and low gate charge times ON-resistance, a key figure of merit (FOM) for MOSFETs used in power conversion applications. Measuring only 5mm x 6mm, PowerPAK MOSFETs occupy half the board space, with half the height, of devices in the TO-252 (DPAK) package. The PowerPAK SO-8L gullwing lead construction also offers improved board-level reliability when subjected to temperature cycling over the lifetime of the equipment.
