Wakefield Thermal 127-12 Extreme Performance Sil-Free Thermal Grease features extreme performance, phase change, and non-silicone thermal grease specially formulated without diluent or solvent. These grease syringes offer dispensable and screen printable consistency to achieve ultra-low BLT and 12W/m-K thermal conductivity for optimum thermal performance.
