QJxx30xH4 30A Alternistor TRIACs
Littelfuse QJxx30xH4 30A Alternistor TRIACs are TRIACs with 50°C maximum junction temperature and 350A ITSM at 60Hz half cycle. These TRIACs in the I, II, and III quadrants offer high performance in applications that require high commutation capability. The QJxx30xH4 TRIACs feature up to 800V voltage capability and are electrically isolated for 2500VRMS. These TRIACs are halogen-free, RoHS compliant, and are available in TO-220 isolated packages. The QJxx30xH4 TRIACs enable easier thermal management and higher surge handling capability in AC power control applications. Typical applications include heater control, AC sold-state relays, light dimmers, and motor speed control.
