EP2 High Energy Wet Tantalum Capacitors

Vishay / Sprague EP2 High Energy, Ultra High Capacitance Wet Tantalum Capacitors offer mechanical robustness to meet the needs of military and avionics applications. The EP2 capacitors are based on the SuperTan® technology and deliver a high capacitance (2700µF to 72,000µF) per voltage rating (25V_DC to 125V_DC). The capacitors feature a standard capacitance tolerance of ±20%, with ±10% tolerance available. These components can be drop-in replacements for competing parts or a higher capacitance alternative in a mechanically equivalent package to reduce component counts, save space, and lower design costs.
