HAL 302x Hall-Effect Position Sensors

TDK-Micronas HAL 302x Hall-Effect Position Sensors are ISO 26262-compliant, optimized sensors for high-speed, low-latency motor position applications. The HAL 302x sensor family includes the HAL 3020 and HAL 3021 with differential and single-ended sine and cosine analog outputs for standard angle calculation by an external microcontroller. The HAL 3020 is suitable for applications like electric pumps or electric valves and can be combined with TDK's Micronas embedded motor controller portfolio for more precise and safe motor control.
