TPS62840-1xxxEVM5x Converter Evaluation Modules

Texas Instruments TPS62840-1xxxEVM5x Converter Evaluation Modules (EVMs) facilitate the evaluation of the TPS6284x family of 750mA step-down converters with 60nA I_Q. The TPS62840-1DLCEVM55 is for the small 1.5mm by 2mm QFN packages. The TPS62840-1YBGEVM56 is for the small 1.5mm by 1mm WCSP packages with 0.4mm pitch. Each evaluation module contains two separate circuits to create output voltages between 0.8V and 3.3V from higher input voltages between 1.8V and 6.5V. Due to its extremely low I_Q, the Texas Instruments TPS6284x provides extended battery life for systems with low current consumption states, such as building automation, metering, and the Internet of Things (IoT).
