This LCAS protector does not need an external voltage reference. The three-pin modified DO-214AA solution offers a smaller footprint and lower component count than the typical dual-polarity programmable SLIC protector. Littelfuse SIDACtor A0609CA2LRP Protection Thyristor is suitable for use in applications such as wireless local loops (WLL), voice over IP (VoIP), and regenerated plain old telephone systems (POTS).
