Heat Sinks for NVIDIA® Jetson Thor™ SOMs

Advanced Thermal Solutions Heat Sinks for NVIDIA® Jetson Thor™ SOMs are designed to mount directly onto the SOM using customer-supplied hardware. These heat sinks are available in straight-fin and active types, with both passive and active designs. The ATS-NVP-3739-C1-R0 passive heat sink features straight fins and provides up to 100W of cooling at a 50°C ambient temperature with airflow. The ATS-NVA-3740-C1-R0 active heat sink features a fan, offering a 95W cooling capacity at an ambient temperature of 50°C. The ATS-NVA-3752-C2-R0 active heat sink features a blower for enhanced airflow and supports up to 175W of cooling at a 50°C ambient temperature. The heat sinks for NVIDIA Jetson Thor™ SOMs are provided with pre-assembled Thermal Interface material (TIM) on the base. These heat sinks are RoHS-6 and REACH compliant. Typical applications include robotics, spatial intelligence, AI, multi-sensor processing, and ADAS.
