LTR-390UV ALS/UVS Optical Sensor

LITEON LTR-390UV ALS/UVS Optical Sensor is an integrated low-voltage I²C ambient light sensor (ALS) and ultraviolet light sensor (UVS) in a single miniature 2mm x 2mm chipled lead-free surface mount package. The LITEON LTR-390UV sensor converts light intensity into a digital output signal via an I²C interface. The sensor provides a linear ALS response over a wide dynamic range and is well-suited for high ambient brightness applications. LTR-390UV features a programmable interrupt with a hysteresis response to events, removing the need to poll the sensor for a reading, improving system efficiency. The CMOS design and factory-set one-time trimming capability ensure minimal sensor-to-sensor variations for ease of manufacturability to end users.
