CNY Series High Isolation Voltage Optocouplers

Vishay Semiconductors CNY Series High Isolation Voltage Optocouplers are category IV high voltage isolation optocouplers available in a surface mount package. The high isolation voltage SMD version optocouplers consist of a phototransistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode in a 4 pin plastic package. The single components are mounted opposite one another, providing a distance between input and output for high safety requirements of >3mm. Vishay Semiconductors CNY Series High Isolation Voltage Optocouplers are ideal for such applications as solar equipment, smart meters, and smart grids.                    

VOR Solid-State Relays

Vishay VOR Solid-State Relays are designed for high reliability and noiseless switching. The very low activation current makes these devices ideal for embedded applications where it's desirable to drive relays directly from microcontrollers. This minimizes component count, cost, and maximizes reliability. The relays replace traditional mechanical relays that have lower reliability and shorter lifetimes. These devices provide high input-to-output isolation, current limit protection and low power consumption.

VOR1142M4 1 Form A Solid-State Relay

Vishay VOR1142M4 1 Form A Solid-State Relay features 22Ω maximum RON, 400V load voltage, and 140mA load current. The VOR1142M4 features GaAIAs IRED actuation control and MOSFETs for the switch outputs. This relay is a Single-Pole, Single-Throw (SPST) normally open switch and can replace electromechanical relays. Vishay VOR1142M4 comes in a 4-pin SOP package and offers clean bounce-free switching. Applications include general telecom switching, metering, security equipment, instrumentation, industrial controls, and more.
