miniAMP Inrush Current Limiters

Vishay / Ametherm miniAMP Inrush Current Limiters are designed for applications where board space is limited and cool operation is desired. The miniAMP series is rated for 250mA to 3A continuous current and up to 20μm of input energy. The components are available in 3mm, 5mm, and 8mm diameters and weigh as little as .06 grams. The miniAMP components are a cost-effective and efficient way to protect components such as relays, diodes, and fuses from inrush current.
