SFH9206 SMT Reflective Sensor

ams OSRAM SFH9206 SMT Reflective Sensor features a 40nm LED emitter in combination with a silicon NPN phototransistor. This sensor provides 1mm to 5mm of optimal operating distance with daylight cut-off filter. The SFH9206 sensor complies with moisture sensitivity level-4 standard. Other features include an electrically isolated emitter and detector and IR reflow soldering. Applications include position reporting and speed monitoring and regulating, end position switch. This sensor is also ideal for use in end position switches and motion transmitters.
