TBS40x 4A Bridge Rectifiers

Taiwan Semiconductor TBS40x 4A Bridge Rectifiers come in a compact TBS package with glass passivated junction. These rectifiers have a repetitive peak reverse voltage from 600V to 1000V and are ideal for automated placement. These Taiwan Semiconductor rectifiers have a UL 94V-0 flammability rating and come with matte tin-plated leads that are solderable per J-STD-002. TBS40x rectifiers are RoHS compliant and halogen-free. These devices are ideal for switch-mode power supplies (SMPS), adapters, TVs, and monitors.
