XC6190 Push-Button Reboot Controllers
Torex XC6190 Push-Button Reboot Controllers feature ultra-low current push-button reboot controllers with a long setup delay. The long setup delay ensures systems receive the intended reset while avoiding resets from key presses or short push-button closures. Torex XC6190's reset configuration provides differentiation between software interrupts and hard system resets. The Torex XC6190A version features the reboot time delay (TDL). Designers can set the time delay by adjusting the external resistance RT in the 1-20 range. The XC6190B version features the internally fixed TDL with a choice of two settings. When the TS pin is set to H level, the delay time is 12.5s. When the TS pin is set to L level, the delay time is 7.5s. With a typical, ultra-low 0.01µA standby quiescent current, the XC6190 Push-Button Reboot Controllers contribute to longer battery drive time. The series is available in a small USPN-6 or USPN-6B01 package to reduce the amount of required mounting space.
