EVAL_600W_12V_LLC_C7 Evaluation Board

Infineon EVAL_600W_12V_LLC_C7 600W half-bridge LLC Evaluation Board designs the half-bridge LLC stage of a server SMPS with the intent to meet 80+ Titanium standard efficiency requirements. The EVAL_600W_12V_LLC_C7 features an output voltage of 12V, an output current of 50A, and a peak efficiency of >97.4%. The EVAL_600W_12V_LLC_C7 consists of the 600V CoolMOS™ C7 SJ MOSFET on the primary side and OptiMOS™ 40V low voltage power MOSFET in the synchronous rectification secondary stage. The board also includes the QR CoolSET™, EiceDRIVER™ 2EDL hi-low side driver, EiceDRIVER™ 2EDN low side gate driver, and an LLC controller for the analog or XMC™ microcontroller in the digital version.
