BD00IA5MHFV-M Automotive Variable Output LDO

ROHM Semiconductor BD00IA5MHFV-M Automotive Variable Output LDO is an AEC-Q100 qualified Low Dropout Regulator with a 0.5A output current. The output voltage can be varied from 0.8V to 4.5V using external resistors. Over-current protection is provided to protect the device from short circuits, and thermal shutdown protects the IC from heat destruction by an overload condition. An integrated circuit current ON/OFF switch sets the circuit to 0μA at shutdown mode.

These LDO regulators offer different part types LDO, LDO with voltage tracker, LDO regulators with watchdog timer, and voltage trackers only.
