Low-Power High Accuracy Operational Amplifiers

STMicroelectronics Low-Power High Accuracy Operational Amplifiers features micropower consumption, zero drift, rail to rail, low-voltage offset, high voltage, and low input bias current. STMicroelectronics offers a micropower op amp portfolio with consumption as low as 2µA, standard and high-performance op amps, and space-saving packages, such as DFN, QFN, SOT-23, and SC-70. These devices also provide guaranteed specified minimum/maximum electrical performances. Ideal applications include sensor signal conditioning, battery-operated devices, medical instrumentation, power, AFE for high voltage sensors, computers, and tablets.

TSX63x Micropower Rail-to-Rail Op Amps

STMicroelectronics TSX63 Micropower Rail-to-Rail Operational Amplifiers offer low voltage operation and rail-to-rail input and output. TSX631 is the single version, TSX632 the dual version and TSX634 the quad version, with pinouts compatible with industry standards. The TSX63x and TSX63xA series offer a 200kHz gain bandwidth product while consuming 60μA maximum at 16V. The devices are housed in the tiniest industrial packages. These features make the TSX63x and TSX63xA family ideal for sensor interfaces and industrial signal conditioning. The wide temperature range and high ESD tolerance ease the use in harsh automotive applications.

TSX Series of Operational Amplifiers

STMicroelectronics TSX Series of Operational Amplifiers are a new generation of 16V Amplifier ICs using an advanced manufacturing process, combining high performance and high reliability, making them well suited for a variety of demanding applications. An innovative 16V CMOS manufacturing process delivers reduced power consumption and class-leading accuracy with long term stability, and enables reduced PCB area by allowing the use of small surface-mount packages.
