SD05 Uni/Bidirectional TVS Diodes

Littelfuse bidirectional SD05C and unidirectional SD05 TVS Diodes are designed to replace multilayer varistors (MLVs) in electronic equipment for low speed and DC applications. Littelfuse SDO5 and SD05C TVS Diodes will protect any sensitive equipment from damage due to electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other transient events. The SD05C can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes at ±30kV (contact discharge, IEC 61000-4-2) without performance degradation and safely dissipate 30A of 8/20μs induced surge current (IEC61000-4-5) with very low clamping voltages.

Lightning Surge TVS SPA Diodes

Littelfuse Lightning Surge TVS SPA Diodes are designed to limit the amount of unwanted voltages to prevent damage by blocking the surges. Applications for Littelfuse Lightning Surge TVS SPA Diodes include lightning I/O, 10/100/1000 Ethernet, and 2500/5000/10000 Ethernet.

TVS Silicon Protection Arrays (SPA)

Littelfuse Silicon Protection Array (SPA®) TVS Diodes are designed to protect electronics from very fast and damaging voltage transients, such as lightning and electrostatic discharge (ESD). These diodes offer an ideal protection solution for I/O interfaces and digital and analog signal lines in computer and consumer portable electronics. Littelfuse TVS diodes offer a broader application use and improved impulse protection performance over conventional diodes.

SD / SD-C 450W Discrete TVS Diodes
