10MBd Logic Gate/15MBd CMOS Photocouplers

LITEON 10MBd Logic Gate/15MBd CMOS Photocouplers are high-efficiency, high-speed optoelectronic devices designed for digital signal isolation in demanding applications. These photocouplers integrate a high-efficiency AIGaAs LED with a high-speed, high-gain photodetector IC, enabling data transmission rates of up to 10MBd (logic gate) and 15MBd (CMOS). Housed in compact DIP or surface-mount packages, the LITEON 10MBd logic gate/15MBd CMOS photocouplers offer 3750VRMS or 5000VRMS isolation voltage, low power consumption, and high noise immunity, making the devices ideal for use in high-speed communication interfaces, microprocessor system isolation, and digital control circuits. Fast response times and compatibility with TTL and CMOS logic levels ensure reliable performance in environments requiring precise and rapid signal processing, such as industrial automation, networking equipment, and consumer electronics. These devices are also compliant with international safety standards, supporting robust and secure circuit designs.

Optocouplers / Photocouplers

LITEON Optocouplers / Photocouplers are available in standard single, dual, and quad channels. These devices come in Dual-In Package (DIP), Small Outline Package (SOP), Shrink Small Outline Package (SSOP), and Long Small Outline Package (LSOP). The optocouplers / photocouplers are offered with transistor, triac, high speed, Darlington, IGBT drive output, and AC input configurations. These Optocouplers / Photocouplers serve various applications such as switch mode power, battery chargers, fax modems, home appliances, telecommunications, and industry controllers.

LTV-0x01 High Speed S08 Photocouplers

LITEON LTV-0x01 High Speed S08 Photocouplers each consist of a high efficiency AlGaAs LED and a high speed optical detector. This LITEON design provides excellent AC and DC isolation between the input and output sides of the optocoupler. In the LTV-0501, the connection for the bias of the photodiode improves the speed over that of a conventional phototransistor coupler by reducing the base-collector capacitances. The output of the optical detector of the LTV-0601 features an open collector Schottky clamped transistor. The enable function allows the optical detector to be strobed. And in the LTV-0701, separate pins for the photodiode and output stage result in TTL compatible saturation voltage and high speed operation. Where desired, the Vcc and Vo terminals may be tied together to achieve conventional photo darlington operation. A base access terminal allows a gain bandwidth adjustment to be made.
