Advanced Energy / Artesyn Tethered Drones feature extended flight time, cover more ground, and transmit data reliably. These drones are typically connected to a high-voltage DC power source, which enables the use of a thin, lightweight cable. The tethered drones require a ground-based power source to feed the tether cable. Point-of-Load (POL) and Board-Mounted Power (BMP) converters can be utilized for low-voltage conversion within the drone to power cameras, communications, and other electronics. The tethered drones are used for surveillance and broadcasting.

Medical AC Adapters & Power Supplies

Advanced Energy / SL Power Medical AC Adapters and Power Supplies are engineered to exceed regional and global healthcare regulatory standards. Products meet EMC compliance with IEC60601-1-2 and environmental compliance with IEC60950. Two isolation barriers are provided to ensure the applied part is isolated from the ground and meets the leakage current limits. Applications include surgical, monitoring, imaging, laboratory, and diagnostics.

LCM Enclosed Power Supplies

Advanced Energy/Artesyn LCM Enclosed Power Supplies are a series of digitally controlled and flexible AC-DC power supplies with a digital control loop. These front-end power supplies feature 89% to 93% typical full-load efficiency and 9.6V to 57.6V output voltage (up to 96V for LCM3000). The LCM enclosed power supplies up to 4000W output power, an optional conformal coat, and 2XMOPP for medical applications. These power supplies are used in process control, imaging, medical, factory automation, and industrial lighting applications.

LCM600 Series Bulk Front End Power Supply

Advanced Energy / Artesyn LCM600 600W Bulk Front End Power Supply is a single output power supply, 3.3V to 60V with 89% typical high efficiency. This low-cost LCM600 bulk front end power supply offers extreme versatility, optional 5V standby, variable speed smart fans, a DSP-controlled front end, margin programming, a ±20% adjustment range, and Industrial and Medical industry-approved safety standards. The LCM600 power supply comes in 2.4" x 4.5" x 7.5" dimensions. This bulk front end power supply operate at a range of -40°C to +70°C.
