ROHM Semiconductor Ultralow Quiescent Current LDO Regulators are low quiescent regulators featuring 45V or 50V absolute maximum voltage, and output voltage accuracy of ±2%. They have a 200mA or 500mA output current and 6μA, 38µA or 40μA (Typ.) current consumption. These regulators from ROHM are therefore ideal for applications requiring a direct connection to the battery and a low current consumption. Ceramic capacitors can be used for compensation of the output capacitor phase.

BD4x Automotive/Industrial LDO Voltage Regulators

ROHM Semiconductor BD4x Automotive/Industrial LDO Voltage Regulators are low quiescent regulators featuring 45V absolute maximum voltage. These regulators offer an output voltage accuracy of ±2% (3.3V or 5.0V typ.). BD4xxM2-C LDO Regulators

These ROHM LDO regulators and voltage trackers also feature low quiescent current, space-saving, high-efficiency, buck-boost automatic switching control, and low-voltage operation solutions. The automotive LDO regulators and voltage trackers operate at various supply voltage ranges, and the maximum output current varies between 0.07A to 1.5A. These LDO regulators offer different part types LDO, LDO with voltage tracker, LDO regulators with watchdog timer, and voltage trackers only. The automotive LDO regulators and voltage trackers are ideally used in cellular phones, automotive applications, home electric appliances, consumer equipment, and industrial appliances.
