BDxxC0A-C & BDxxC0AW-C Industrial LDO Regulators

ROHM Semiconductor BDxxC0A-C and BDxxC0AW-C Industrial Low Dropout (LDO) Regulators feature low power consumption, high current capability, and high voltage resistance. These LDO Regulators are available with variable and fixed voltage outputs and a selectable Shutdown switch. Over-current protection (for protecting the IC destruction by output short circuit), circuit current ON/OFF switch (for setting the circuit 0μA at shutdown mode), and thermal shutdown circuit (for protecting IC from heat destruction by overload conditions) are all built-in.

The automotive LDO regulators and voltage trackers operate at various supply voltage ranges, and the maximum output current varies between 0.07A to 1.5A. These LDO regulators offer different part types LDO, LDO with voltage tracker, LDO regulators with watchdog timer, and voltage trackers only. The automotive LDO regulators and voltage trackers are ideally used in cellular phones, automotive applications, home electric appliances, consumer equipment, and industrial appliances.
