Broadcom Infrared LEDs
Broadcom Infrared LEDs offer a wide range of wavelengths, including 850nm, 880nm, 890nm, and 940nm. The devices offer a 6°, 20°, 30°, 50° or 60° viewing angle. ChipLEDs are available in standard and high-brightness colors, using AlGaAs, AlInGaP, and InGaN processes in a wide range of colors.
The Infrared LEDs are available in different packages, including THT, Chipled, PLCC2, PLCC4, PolyLED, High Power, and SMT-Lamp. The Broadcom Infrared LEDs are ideal for light curtains, utility meters, smoke detectors, home appliances, machine vision, and parking controls.
