Analog Devices Inc. ADMV8432 Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit

Analog Devices Inc. ADMV8432 Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit (MMIC) is a tunable band-pass filter with a selectable pass-band frequency available in a 40-lead, 6mm x 6mm LFCSP package. The 3dB filter bandwidth is >17% of the center frequency (fCENTER). The center frequency can be varied between 16.5GHz to 29.5GHz by applying an analog tuning voltage between 0V and 15V. Analog Devices Inc. ADMV8432 MMIC provides a smaller alternative to physically large switched filter banks and cavity-tuned filters. The tunable filter offers superior microphonics due to the monolithic design. The filter provides a dynamically adjustable solution in advanced communications applications.
