In accordance with their ongoing product lifecycle management
procedure, Bourns has identified products that will be
transferred to an End of Product Life status. This decision has
been determined by their review of previous unit shipment volume
and revenue performance.  Bourns is issuing a twelve month
notice to the End of Product Life on these products, with an
effective date of September 30, 2011. Customers requiring
replacement product should contact the FAE team to review
alternative solutions that will meet the application
requirements. Products transferred to End of Product Life status
will be available for a final purchase prior to becoming
obsolete.

Last Time Buy Date: April 30, 2011
Last Time Ship Date: September 30, 2011

Products purchased during this End of Product Life transition
period will be fully covered by Bourns standard warranty. Last
Time Buy orders for these products will be considered
non-cancellable and non-returnable.
