DESCRIPTION OF CHANGE: To improve manufacturing throughput and 
to standardize the miniQFN16 package to the other miniQFN 
package, Vishay Siliconix has qualified a new miniQFN16 package 
at Amkor in the Philippines. The new qualified miniQFN16 package 
has a height of 0.55mm compared to the actual miniQFN16 at 
0.75mm height.
