844-IRF9640LPBF, a TO-262 200 Volt 11 Amp P-Channel MOSFET has
been discontinued by Vishay and once stock has been depleted it
will no longer be available.

The recommended replacement for this item is 844-IRF9640SPBF.

The replacement comes in a surface mount (TO-263AB (D2PAK)
package instead of a through-hole (TO-262 (I2PAK) package.

It is recommended that the customer review the specifications on
both items before using the replacement in an existing design.
